  • Organizations will be contacted if more information is needed during the committees review. A site visit or interview may be requested in cases of larger grant requests or from organizations new to PECSF funding.

What happens after a granting decision has been made?
  • Charities approved for the PECSF 2011-2013 Funding Cycle will form the Fund Supported Pool in their respective regions for the annual PECSF fundraising campaigns to be held in the Fall of each funding year.

Reporting and Follow Up

What is required for reporting on funds received?
  • Reporting out on progress to date including activities, successes, and challenges demonstrates accountability to our donors, community supporters and the CRA. Charities must provide an annual anecdotal and financial report for each year of the 2011-2013 funding cycle.
Failure to provide an annual report will jeopardize the continuation of funding for the remainder of the funding cycle.
