Once approved for Fund Supported pool allocation
of PECSF funds:
- PECSF will disburse semi-annual
cheques in support of the approved
charity
project/program/services for the
duration of the 2011-2013 Funding
Cycle.
- Charities are required to submit
annual progress reports and
supporting financial documentation
for each year of the three year
funding cycle by May 31st to the
PECSF office.
- Financial reports must clearly
highlight the receipt and
application of PECSF funding to the
approved project/ program/ service.
- PECSF reserves the right to
dissolve the funding agreement and
re-allocate funds in the event the
charity fails to comply with the
annual reporting requirements.
Please note: Demand on the
Community Fund pool easily exceeds supply each year.
